Over the years, we have continuously invested in upgrading our infrastructure, processes, and technology to enhance both quality and efficiency. Our existing paper machines, PM1 and PM2, have undergone significant modernisation with advanced systems and upgrades from leading global suppliers, enabling higher productivity and improving product performance.

A major milestone in our growth journey was the addition of a new pulp line and the commissioning of PM3, our newest and most advanced paper machine. These investments have expanded our manufacturing capabilities and strengthened our ability to serve evolving market requirements.

Commissioned in 2025, PM3 was designed and supplied by Valmet, Finland, and has an installed capacity of 125,000 MT. As one of the most modern paper machines in India, PM3 marks our entry into the rapidly growing sustainable packaging segment.

PM3 is capable of producing premium C1S (Coated One Side) paper for flexible packaging applications, including FMCG packaging, labels, stickers, food wrappers, pouches, pharmaceutical packaging, and sustainable alternatives to plastic films. The quality of these products is comparable to leading European and Japanese grades.

The Hardwood Pulp Line (supplied by Valmet) is capable of producing up to 370 MT/day of high-quality bleached wood pulp. Complementing this is the High-Efficiency Recovery Boiler (HERB) with a capacity of 750 TS/day, which helps us maximize energy recovery, chemical regeneration, and environmental compliance.

Along side technological advancement, we remain committed to operational efficiency and sustainability. Water is treated and reused, waste is repurposed wherever possible, and a significant portion of our energy requirements is met through in-house generation with a strong reliance on renewable sources. Together, these efforts create a manufacturing ecosystem that is efficient, future-ready, and built to meet the demands of a changing world.
