Late. Shri. Pramod Kumar Agarwal
Founder Promoter (02.04.1945 – 06.05.2021)
With Profound grief and sorrow, we inform that Late. Shri. Pramod Kumar Agarwal, Chairman, Naini Papers Limited, left for heavenly abode on 06th May 2021 after a brief illness.
Shri. Pramod Kumar Agarwal was associated with the Company since its inception. As an Executive Chairman for more than two and half decades, he pioneered to imbibe the best procedural standards with entrepreneurship in the Company. He was a humble and down-to-earth individual who led the Company without being in the limelight.
Shri Pramod Kumar Agarwal was instrumental in strengthening the symbiotic relationship with various stakeholders of the Company and promoted a culture that valued equity and fairness, thus enhancing stakeholder value. He was extremely passionate about social causes and undertook many philanthropic activities especially in the areas of education and health.
His sad demise is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and all the employees of the Company express deep condolences and pay tribute to a great visionary. We pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
MR. PAWAN AGARWAL
Managing Director
Mr. Agarwal is a man of vision and passion whose role is instrumental in venturing the group into its paper manufacturing business in 1995. It was his efforts, techno-commercial vision, and technical prowess that made NPL successful in launching the first agro-based “Absorbent Kraft” paper in the country.
Due to his commitment and penchant for quality, the products of Naini Papers command a respectable position in the minds of consumers. His leadership quality is reflected in his attitude and actions. He believes in the overall growth and development of all the stakeholders on a sustained basis, keeping environment sustenance goals in mind. Mr. Agarwal completed his B Tech in Electrical engineering from I.E.T Lucknow and pursued his Executive MBA from the reputed Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi.

MR. NAVEEN AGARWAL
Mr Naveen Agarwal is one of the promoter directors of the Company. He has a long track record in handling financial matters of the company. Presently, he is efficiently steering the finance and accounts department of the Company.

MR. MAYANK AGARWAL
Mr. Mayank Agarwal is associated with the Company as a director since 2006. He is efficiently taking care of the purchasing department of the Company.

MR. RAHUL AGARWAL
He is responsible for raw material and fuel handling in the factory premises.

He is responsible for the general administration in the factory premises.
MRS. PRACHI AGARWAL
Director – Hr
Mrs Agarwal, a Post Gre in Philosophy from the University of Delhi (Lady Shri Ram College), has been looking after the HR Department of the Naini Papers since 2014. She is responsible for various initiatives and drives to improve the efficiency and productivity of the workforce across all levels within the organization. Her efforts have resulted in the creation of a “positive work culture” in Naini Papers where everyone is forthcoming in contributing towards the achievement of organizational goals by adhering to its core values.

MR. MUKESH KUMAR TYAGI
A graduate engineer in Pulp and Paper from IIT Roorkee (1984 batch) with 38 years of experience working in Integrated Pulp and Paper Mills. He worked at various integrated pulp and paper mills in India and is now in charge of the factory's technical department.

Mr. S R Singh
A Fellow member of the ICSI, CS SR Singh is associated with Naini since its inception (1995). Prior to joining Naini, he worked for J K Group, Kanpur where he headed the accounting and finance section of a group manufacturing company. He has around 36 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Investment, Taxation, Import and Export, Corporate and other Allied Laws, and Corporate Restructuring.
